The brief
Where they started
The Human Immunome Project (formerly the Human Vaccines Project) is a nonprofit working to decode the human immune system. They needed a site that could keep pace with a steady stream of new content — video, news and events — to attract funders and press, and make donating simple.
What we did
Working alongside a designer and the organisation’s leadership, we restructured the content and carried out a complete redevelopment: a new WordPress backend wired into their newsletter system, and a dynamic frontend built to stay fresh.
- A video-led homepage with curated news highlights
- A proper system for organising and archiving events and news
- A streamlined donation platform
The result
Where it got to
The team can now keep the site current with new content themselves — exactly what a research nonprofit that lives on funding and attention needs.
