Terms & Conditions
The basis on which we provide our services.
These terms govern the services provided by Sedd Co Ltd (company no. 16571015, registered in England & Wales). By engaging us you agree to them. If we’ve signed a separate agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence.
Quotes & scope
Work is carried out to a scope we agree with you in advance. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and timescale, which we’ll confirm with you before proceeding.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the bespoke deliverables we create for you passes to you, except for third-party or licensed components and any pre-existing tools, code or methods we use, which remain ours or their respective owners’.
Your responsibilities
To keep things moving, we ask that you provide timely access, content, approvals and information where needed.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
