Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
We have zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking, in our own work and in the suppliers we choose to work with.

Sedd Co Ltd (“SeddCo”) is a small UK technology consultancy providing IT support, web and AI & automation services. As a business below the £36m turnover threshold, we are not legally required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 — we do so voluntarily because it reflects how we choose to operate.
This statement sets out the steps we take to make sure modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain.
A small, low-risk footprint.
Our supply chain is short and largely digital: software vendors, cloud and hosting providers, and hardware suppliers — most of them established companies with their own published policies. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, but we stay alert to it, particularly where hardware is manufactured.
- We favour reputable, established suppliers with their own compliance standards
- We pay our people and any subcontractors fairly and on time
- We treat everyone we work with decently and expect the same in return
Practical, proportionate steps.
We keep our approach sensible for a business of our size. If we ever have concerns about a supplier, we raise them and, if needed, stop working with them.
- Choosing suppliers who share our standards
- Being willing to question and, where necessary, walk away
- Reviewing this statement each year and updating it as we grow
