Content and Copy

Words that explain what you do — and give people a reason to get in touch

Good copy isn’t about clever turns of phrase — it’s about making what you offer easy to understand and giving the right people a clear reason to choose you.

Content & Copywriting
Overview

Copy written for your customers, not your filing cabinet

Most businesses know what they do far better than they can explain it to a stranger. That gap — between what’s in your head and what lands on your website or in a proposal — is where good copywriting earns its keep. We close that gap.

We write web pages, landing pages, service descriptions, blog posts, case studies and other business content. Everything is written in plain British English, with your customers’ questions in mind, and structured so it works for both readers and search engines.

Website copy

Pages that explain your offer and move people to act

Website visitors make quick decisions about whether a business is right for them. Your pages need to answer their questions fast, build credibility, and make it easy to take the next step.

  • Home page, service pages and about page copy
  • Structured for scannability and on-page SEO
  • Written to your tone of voice (or we’ll help define one)
Blog and content

Useful content that builds trust and supports your SEO

Regular, relevant content gives search engines more to work with and gives potential customers a reason to trust your expertise before they’ve even spoken to you. We write content that’s actually worth reading.

  • Blog posts and articles written to your brief
  • How-to guides, FAQs and resource pages
  • Content planned around your target keywords
Other business content

From proposals to case studies, written clearly

Content needs don’t stop at the website. We write case studies, service brochures, email sequences and other business materials — anything where clear, professional writing matters.

  • Case studies that show your work, not just describe it
  • Email sequences for newsletters or follow-up campaigns
  • Service brochures and sales support documents

Content & Copywriting FAQs

A brief helps, but it doesn’t need to be detailed. A conversation about what you do, who you’re trying to reach and what you want the content to achieve is usually enough to get started.

That depends on what you want. Some clients want copy that closely matches how they speak; others are happy for us to write in a professional but distinct voice. We’ll ask before we start.

Yes. We write with both the reader and search engines in mind — proper keyword use, sensible heading structure and meta descriptions. We don’t stuff keywords; we write well and optimise sensibly.

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. In practice, if we’ve had a proper brief conversation, the first draft is usually close and revisions are minor.

Generally yes — good copywriting is largely about asking the right questions and understanding your audience. We’ll say if a subject is genuinely outside our ability to write about credibly.
